Our Team

Natasha is a passionate advocate of how food and nutrition are integral to our overall wellbeing and over 15 years has run 2 successful businesses where food has been at its heart.

Her interest in wellbeing deepened and widened over the past couple of years. She became fascinated in wanting to gain a better understanding of how stress and anxiety impacts people’s lives in and outside of the workplace. She trained as a breathwork coach and TRE practitioner plus other bodywork modalities that all focus on nervous system regulation.

Natasha now wishes to spread the word about the importance of working with the body to address matters of the mind and achieve optimum health through education, coaching and experiential programmes and workshops for companies and their employees.

Prior to this she worked for a number of Blue Chip companies in sales, marketing and financial reporting.

In her spare time, Natasha enjoys playing tennis, reading, open-water swimming, travelling far and wide, singing in a choir and Ecstatic Dance.

Research & Programme Development

Originally trained as a Health and Clinical Psychologist in the Netherlands, followed by completing a research PHD in Australia, Dr Marjolein Broers worked for many years in policy and strategy roles improving work-life balance in the workplace.

Missing direct interaction with clients, she retrained as a transformational coach with the London Animas Centre for Coaching in 2019 and is currently working as a coach in the Financial Services Sector. Marjolein integrates transformational coaching with breathwork, combining work on the mind and body to move people beyond their own imagined capabilities and supporting overall mental wellbeing. Marjolein recognises the rich benefits of groupwork, believing that we can learn so much from each other by tapping into our collective wisdom, and bringing teams closer together.

In her spare time Marjolein enjoys travelling and visiting new places with her family, going for walks just about anywhere, yoga, and eating good food and drinking wine with friends.
